Privacy Policy

Capybara Vibe Games ("CVG", "we", "our", or "us") is an indie game studio that designs and publishes relaxing mini games such as Capybara Onsen Sort, Fruit Merge Party and Bubble Bounce Capy ("the Games") for mobile devices, distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use our Games or visit our website.

We do not knowingly collect any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses (unless you email us directly)
• Precise geolocation
• Photos, videos, microphone or camera data
• Contacts, calendar or address book data
• Persistent identifiers used for cross-app tracking or profiling
• Social network logins

To keep the Games running, our software and our service providers may process:

• Non-personal technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, crash logs and anonymous performance metrics.
• Aggregated, anonymized gameplay analytics (e.g. how many players finished a level) that cannot be used to identify a person.

This data is used solely to fix bugs, improve gameplay and prevent abuse. It is not used to build user profiles.

• Where a paid version exists, it is a one-time purchase clearly labeled at download, processed by the platform store.
• We do not use retargeting, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling SDKs.

We use a small number of privacy-respecting service providers strictly to operate the Games:

• Apple App Store & Google Play — distribution and crash reporting (governed by their own policies).
• Cloud hosting for our website and support systems.

You may, at any time:

• Ask us what technical information (if any) is associated with your device;
• Ask us to delete any such information;
• Refuse further collection by uninstalling the Game.

Any anonymous technical data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above (typically 90 days for crash logs) and then deleted or fully anonymized. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and restrict access to authorized personnel.

If we change this policy in a way that affects your data, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify players inside the Games.
